A good rule of thumb: allow about 10 sq. ft. per guest for standing or cocktail-style events, 12–15 sq. ft. per guest for seated dining, and more if you're adding a dance floor, buffet, or stage. When in doubt, call us and we'll help you pick the right size.
Count on one 60-inch round table per 8 guests, or a 6–8 ft. banquet table per 6–8 guests. Add a few extra chairs for unexpected guests, plus separate tables for food, gifts, and registration.

Before you book a tent or inflatable, measure the area and note slopes, overhead power lines, sprinklers, and gate widths. Most inflatables need a flat surface and access to power within about 50–75 feet.
